I was listening and watching Danicakes (my 3 year old) talking on her fake phone in the car yesterday. She was holding the phone on her shoulder while coloring in her book. Her conversation went like this.
Danicakes dials phone and waits....
Danicakes: "Hi! What are you doing? (pause) Yea, I had camp today. We did a show. Uh oh."
She dials back and waits....
Danicakes: "Sorry I lost you."
A dropped call?! I lost it. Still laughing about it. Just goes to show you how much they are actually listenting.
I wonder what service she's using.
I have Juju's 1st birthday tomorrow. I can't believe a year went by already. I'm reluctently having approx. 100 people over at my house. Pray the weather hold out as well as my sanity!

ReplyDeleteI hate dropped calls. I usually start screaming, "HELLO? HELLO?" into the phone as if that's going to magically get the person back on the line.
