We went with 4 other couples. There were 6 kids all together and they had such a great time running around and playing on the beach.
One night we had a lobster race.
Poor little guys had no idea what was coming next. They were delicious though!

So you would think I'd be nice and relaxed after such a nice weekend away right? WRONG! The day we came home we were taking our stuff out of the car. I went to close the truck of my car and closed it down on my own head!
Go ahead laugh it up! I can even laugh at it now but at the time seeing the blood gushing down my face, sitting 1 1/2 hours in the emergency room and getting 3 stitches in the head....I was not laughing!
I'm Ok now. Don't ask me how I shut the door on my head because I have no idea. Just be careful because it may happen to you and it hurts like hell!!!
So that's how I ended my weekend vacation.

Oh gosh - that's not a fun way to end your vacation at all - poor thing. Glad the rest was nice though!
